Makes one 9 inch pie, top and bottom crust or 24 tarts

Ingredients: flour and butter

Makes one 9” pie, top and bottom crust or 24 tarts

Ingredients: flour, butter, cocoa

Shortbread

Makes 24 small or 12 large cookies

Cookie dough comes ready to roll or slice and bake straight out of the freezer. Bake at 325F 10-12 minutes. Let cookies cool on tray.

 

Ingredients: flour, butter, sugar, vanilla

Ginger

Makes 18 - 24 cookies

Cookie dough comes ready to roll or slice and bake straight out of the freezer.  Slice and dip each piece in sugar. Place on parchment lined baking tray. Allow room for cookies to spread. Bake at 300F for 8-12 minutes. Cool on trays. 

 

Ingredients: flour, butter, eggs, molasses, brown and white sugar, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and allspice
